Finding Us
In-person sessions are held at:
Lot 4 Plaza Links, Unit 7/9 Plaza Parade, Maroochydore QLD 4558
Located inside the Mental Health Wellbeing Co building (upstairs)
When you arrive, look for the “Mental Health Wellbeing Co” signage. The entrance is on the ground floor, and the practice is located upstairs. There is no on-site receptionist, so please come in quietly and take a seat in the waiting area.
There is no dedicated on-site parking, but nearby options include:
Coles Click & Collect Parking (free for up to 3 hours)
ParknGO Maroochydore (free for 1 hour, paid options available)
Both parking areas are within a short walking distance of the practice.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel with less than 1 full business day’s notice, the full session fee will be charged.
If you cancel with at least 1 but fewer than 2 business days’ notice, a $100 late cancellation fee applies.
This fee is not covered by Medicare, NDIS, or WorkCover, and will be charged directly.
Please note: Business hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm.
Messages received after 4pm or on weekends will be counted as received on the next business day.
