Psychology Support for Workcover Clients

Advocacy. Compassion. Clarity.

Navigating the WorkCover system can feel overwhelming, confusing, and at times, even retraumatising. As a psychologist, I understand how difficult it is to recover emotionally while also dealing with forms, assessments, insurers, and return-to-work pressures.

If you're feeling anxious, unsupported, or unsure where to start — you're not alone.

At Enlighten Psychology, I provide psychological support for WorkCover clients with a strong focus on advocacy, safety, and empowerment. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

You’re Not Just a Claim — You’re a Human Being

I genuinely enjoy working with WorkCover clients and take pride in being someone you can trust during such a vulnerable time. My goal is to help you:

Common Issues I Support Through WorkCover:

  • Work-related anxiety or stress

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

  • PTSD or trauma from workplace incidents

  • Depression, low motivation, and sleep issues

  • Adjustment to injury and life changes

  • Confidence to return to work or shift career paths
