Psychology Support for Workcover Clients

Advocacy. Compassion. Clarity.

Psychological support for WorkCover clients in Queensland

Navigating the WorkCover system can be overwhelming, confusing, and in many cases, retraumatising. As a psychologist, I understand how difficult it can be to focus on your recovery while managing paperwork, insurer demands, assessments, and return-to-work pressures.

If you’re feeling anxious, unsupported, or unsure where to begin, you're not alone.

At Enlighten Psychology, I provide psychological support for WorkCover clients with a strong focus on advocacy, safety, and empowerment. You're not just a claim or a number. You're a person with a story, and you deserve care that reflects your individual needs and circumstances.

I genuinely value working with WorkCover clients and take pride in offering a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we can:

  • Clarify your rights and treatment options

  • Manage anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout with practical, evidence-based strategies

  • Rebuild a sense of control, confidence, and direction during recovery

  • Improve communication with insurers or employers

  • Provide advocacy letters and reports that accurately reflect your experience

Common issues I support through WorkCover include:

  • Work-related anxiety or stress

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

  • PTSD or trauma following workplace incidents

  • Depression, low motivation, or disrupted sleep

  • Adjustment to injury and life changes

  • Confidence to return to work or explore new career paths
