Our therapy sessions are tailored for adults only. The sessions are based on evidence-based and neuro-affirming approaches tailored to each person’s needs.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I support clients across a range of areas including trauma, PTSD, work-related stress, ADHD, autism, emotional dysregulation, burnout, anger, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and alcohol or drug use.
I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients and those navigating life transitions, helping them feel understood, regulated, and empowered. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply seeking clarity, therapy can offer a safe space to explore what’s going on and move toward meaningful change.
